Vilkax Agenda · voice-first calendar

Say it once. It's in your calendar.

Speak or type one ordinary sentence - in any of seventeen languages - and Vilkax works out the day, the time, the length, the repeat and the reminder. Then it reads the whole thing back to you, and books nothing until you say yes.

Live · runs in this tab
Tap and talk Tap the orb, then say it the way you'd say it to a person.

Parsed on your device. No account, no upload, no transcript kept - the sentence never leaves this page.

It asks before it books

Most voice assistants guess, book, and leave you to find the mistake in a week's time. Vilkax shows you the sentence it heard, underlines the exact words that produced the date, the time and the reminder, and waits.

A read-back you can check

"Did you say: dentist, tomorrow at 15:00, remind you 30 minutes before?" One question, one answer. Nothing is written until you confirm it.

It says what it missed

If the day didn't come through, it says so - and asks for that part only. Ask twice and it asks you to say it a little slower, day first, then time.

Seventeen languages, one engine

Not English with translations bolted on. German counts down to the next hour, Japanese has no spaces, Arabic reads right to left - each is handled properly, and each is tested.

It doesn't keep what you said

The audio is never uploaded and the transcript is never stored. What survives is the appointment you confirmed - nothing else.

Any date, any year

"The 14th", "next Tuesday", "in three weeks", "every other Friday until December", "14/03/2031". Ambiguous dates are flagged rather than guessed.

It goes where your calendar already is

Google, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Apple, Yahoo, or a plain .ics file that any calendar on earth can read. No lock-in, no migration.

One tool, two jobs

The same sentence-to-calendar engine, pointed at a life or at an operation.

For people

The appointments that actually get forgotten are the ones you were told about while doing something else.

  • Both volume buttons at once, while Vilkax is open, drops you straight into the mic - no hunting for a field.
  • Say "Vilkax agenda" and talk. Walking, driving, hands full.
  • Forward a voice note to Hearth and it books the appointment for you.
  • Share one appointment with one person - not your whole calendar, and revocable.
  • School runs, medication, birthdays, the MOT - repeating things you set once.

For business

Field teams, clinics, trades and support desks book from a phone, out loud, between jobs.

  • Drop a booking button on any page - it opens the same console, pre-set to your language.
  • Staff dictate in their own language; the calendar entry lands in the company's.
  • Recurring shifts and site visits from one sentence, exported as standard RRULE.
  • Per-item sharing with an expiry, so a contractor sees one visit and not the schedule.
  • No transcript retention - which is the part your DPO will ask about first.

Every way in

A calendar you have to open is a calendar you don't use. Reach it from wherever you already are.

Two volume buttons

Press volume up and down together while Vilkax is open and the mic opens straight into Agenda. One switch turns it off again if you would rather your volume keys stayed volume keys.

"Vilkax agenda"

A wake phrase in every supported language, recognised on device.

Hearth

Type or send a voice message to your Hearth companion. If it can't make out the date it asks you to say it again, slower - and keeps the part it did understand.

Desktop and mobile apps

Agenda sits in the feature menu on every Vilkax app, and on the home screen of the mobile app.

A button on your own site

One link opens the console with your text pre-filled. Nothing to install, nothing to embed.

Plain typing

Everything voice does, the keyboard does. Voice is the fast path, never the only one.

Seventeen languages, properly

Each one is a real implementation, not a dictionary swap. "halb vier" is half past three in German and "half vier" is half past three in Dutch - both count down to the next hour, and both are handled. Every language is asserted in the test suite, so a rule cannot go quietly dead.

Try it above. It's already running.

Nothing to install to test it. Sign in when you want it to remember, remind and sync.
