VILKAX · MESSAGE CHECK

Is this really Vilkax?

Scammers copy trusted brands, security companies included. Here is how to tell a real Vilkax message from a fake one in under a minute, with a tool that does the first check for you.

RUNS IN YOUR BROWSER

Check a sender address or link

Paste the address after the display name, or the link the message wants you to open. Nothing you paste leaves this page.

This check answers one question only: is the domain ours? It cannot see a spoofed display name or a forged header. The personal check code can.

1 · CHECK CODE

Your personal check code

Every Vilkax security and safety email carries a code that is unique to your account and that only we can compute. A message that claims to be from Vilkax without your code, or with a different one, is not from us.

Sign in to see your personal check code.

2 · SENDERS

Where our email comes from

Vilkax email only comes from addresses ending in @vilkax.com. Display names are easy to fake; the address after the name is what matters.

  • support@vilkax.com for account, security and safety messages
  • Links in our email point to vilkax.com, never to a shortener or a look-alike
  • When in doubt, don't tap. Open vilkax.com/app yourself
3 · NEVER

What we will never ask

Any message doing one of these is an attack, whatever the logo looks like.

  • Your password, recovery codes, 2FA codes or seed phrase. Never, on any channel.
  • Move money "to keep it safe", buy gift cards or send crypto.
  • Install remote-access software or screen-share your banking app.
  • Act urgently under threat of your account being closed.
  • Continue a "Vilkax support" chat on WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS from an unknown number.
